Up for sale today we have a beautiful 49 Chevy 3100 pickup to was restored to its original glory a few years ago
and since then has undergone a complete overhaul to improve the ride, drive and overall performance of the truck.
The truck was taken down to the bare frame and sand blasted to bare metal and built back up using a Mustang II IFS
up front and a chevy 10 bolt with a 4 link in the rear then the frame was painted satin black after all welding was
complete. A set of QA1 coil-overs was built to the weight and ride height of this truck and this truck rides and
drives like a dream. The truck features power front disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors, completely
rebuilt rear drums and all new brake lines. The steering on this truck is a manual rack and pinion with the
original steering wheel and column re-worked to keep the interior of the truck looking clean and original. All the
glass and rubbers are in good condition. A fresh 327 with a polished dress up kit, Billet Specialties serpentine
pulley system, new Holley 570 carb, a set of block hugger headers and full 2, 5" exhaust was installed to give the
performance and sound you would expect from a hot rod. A turbo 350 trans with a 23" Lokar shifter was bolted to
the 327 to move the truck along comfortably down the road. The truck has a brand new 12 circuit wiring harness
installed to make sure everything would be in perfect working condition. A Vintage Air system was installed to
keep the temp comfortable no matter what time of year you want to drive the truck. The wood bed was in good
condition but a little weathered so we re-painted the slats and re-stained the wood. The wheels are 18x9" up font
and 20x10" out back
